DESCRIPTION

• M.O.C.:   SS 304 

• Thickness: 3mm

•  Internal: Mirror Finished

•  Operating Gas Pressure: 1 Kg/Cm²

•  Test Pressure: 2 Kg/Cm²

•  With side Control Valve to perform necessary Sterilization Process.

•  Pneumatic OR Solenoid Valve would be provided for automated system

STEAM STERILIZERS 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

           Horizontal Cylindrical Steam Sterilizer  

               Chamber - S.S. 304 in 6 mm thickness.                   

               Jacket -S.S.304  in 8 mm thickness.                    

               Outer Cover - S.S. 1 mm thickness.  

               Back Plate   - S.S. 304 in 6 mm thickness.

               Doors - S.S. 304 L  in 12.5 mm thickness.        

                Stand - S.S in 12 swg round pipe.                                                                             

               Working Pressure: 1.2 kgf/cm g for 15 min. quick & perfect sterilization

               Working Temperature: 121°C for 15 Min. quick & perfect sterilization

               Hydro test Pressure: Jacket – 4.4kgf/ cm²g, Chamber -- 3.3kgf/ cm²g

               Sterilization period: 15 to 20 minutes maintaining above pressure and Temperature in  chamber

                Operated by multi port valve,

                            Description of fully automatic  

                  Number of pulses, vacuum strength for pulse, sterilization time, operating temperature & pressure, drying time & post vacuum strength- all these parameters are selecteble & programmable as per requirement.

                  Fully Automatic operation.

                  Self diagnostic system is incorporated in microprocessor programming & provided fault / error message with indication & alarm on system failure.

                  Manual operating arrangement is also provided in case of auto system failure for emergency  use.

                  Solenoid valve used will be Y’ type / rotary actuator type / electrical  (I.S.O. Company) .

                  Automatic water filing .

                     Printer facility available with hospital name, date, batch no, time & temperature.

                  Temp. Tolerance: +/ - 1 Deg. C, operated by  : PT 100 Sensor.
